Product warranty at new-balance.pl

new-balance.pl is responsible for the quality of shoes and the level of service. We are confident in every pair we offer, and at the same time we want you to feel protected as a buyer. Therefore, all products purchased in our store are covered by the warranty conditions described below.

Standard warranty — 14 days

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", you have the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order if it does not fit in size, model, color, or for other reasons not related to quality.

To exercise this right, you must:

• the shoes have retained their presentable appearance;
• the original box and accessories were present;
• labels and stickers have been preserved;
• there was a confirmation of purchase (receipt or order number).

If you meet these conditions, you can exchange the pair for a different size or model or get a refund. Step-by-step instructions are provided on the "Exchanges and Returns" page.

Warranty against manufacturing defects

If you discover a possible manufacturing defect during wear, you are also entitled to an exchange or return. Manufacturing defects include, in particular:

• divergence or loosening of seams;
• peeling off the sole;
• rupture of the material without external mechanical impact;
• poor-quality gluing or stitching;
• other defects caused by the manufacturer.

We will accept the shoes for inspection. If the defect is confirmed to be factory-made, you will have the option of exchanging them for a new pair, replacing them with another model, or getting a refund.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, care or natural wear and tear, including:

• mechanical damage during wear;
• cuts and punctures of the material;
• consequences of improper shoe care;
• wear of the sole or insole during operation;
• damage due to external factors.
