We deliver orders from the new-balance.pl online store from Ukraine throughout Poland via Nova Post - quickly, reliably and with convenient delivery. Below we have collected everything you need to know about the delivery and payment of your new pair.
Delivery methods in Poland
International delivery from Ukraine to Poland is carried out only via Nova Post. You can choose the most convenient delivery option for you:
- at the Nova Post branch;
- at the Paczkomat post office;
- by courier to the specified address.
When we ship the order
We ship orders daily from Ukraine.
Estimated delivery times
After the Nova Post parcel is transferred, international delivery from Ukraine to Poland usually takes 3 to 7 business days .
The delivery time is approximate and does not take into account the day the package is handed over to the carrier, weekends and holidays, as well as the possible time for customs clearance.
Shipping cost
- parcel weighing up to 2 kg — PLN 70 ;
- parcel weighing up to 10 kg — 85 PLN ;
- parcel weighing more than 10 kg - additional PLN 5 for each additional kilogram .
Delivery is paid separately from the cost of the goods. The final cost is calculated by Nova Post after determining the actual or volumetric weight, dimensions of the parcel and the selected method of receipt.
For courier delivery to the address, an additional fee may be charged in accordance with the carrier's current rates.
Customs payments and customs clearance services, if charged, are not included in the delivery cost and are paid by the recipient separately.
Payment methods
Payment for the goods is made only upon receipt of the order.
When receiving your order at a Nova Post branch, you can pay for the goods:
- in cash in Polish zlotys;
- by bank card through a payment terminal;
- using BLIK, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Prepayment and online payment are not accepted on the website.
