new-balance.pl is an online shoe store that operates exclusively online and delivers orders throughout Poland via Nova Post.

We are an officially registered business entity (Emerson Radio Corp). We started our journey with sales on marketplaces and social networks, where we gradually gathered our own audience of buyers who returned to us again and again. Later, in order to serve you more conveniently and transparently, we opened our own website - new-balance.pl.
Our shoes
We offer stylish and comfortable sneakers for every day - for walking, sports and active city. We select each pair meticulously: we show only real photos, describe in detail the materials, features of the model and the size chart. This way you can confidently choose the right pair and not hesitate about the size, and the shoes you receive look and fit exactly as you expect.
Delivery and payment
- Delivery throughout Poland only via Nova Post - to a branch, post office or by courier.
- We ship daily from Ukraine.
- Estimated delivery time is from 3 business days.
- Payment is by cash or bank card upon receipt.
Exchange and return
If the product does not suit you in size, color, model or for any other reason, you can return or exchange it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. You can complete the procedure yourself, without unnecessary approvals. The conditions are described on the "Exchange and return" page.
